It withstands wide temperature variations, allowing you to place the cool bowl coming from the fridge directly into the oven to warm up the contents before serving. The salad bowl is also microwave compatible. Meant for everyday use, the bowl is very durable with a non-porous glaze that is easy to clean (dishwasher safe) and resistant to scratches from metal utensils or knives.
