Temperature:Frost tolerant, needs protection from the strong summer afternoon sun if in a sunny location

Light:They grow best in morning sun and afternoon shade, but will tolerate full shade.

Watering:Drought tolerant and very hardy, but keep consistently watered for best blooming. Keep well watered until established, but then back off. Water more in the summer months, and reduce watering in the cold seasons until snowfall.

Fertilizer: Use a balanced feed to encourage the foliage to look healthy and more attractive. Feed once a month from April - August.
